i found the solution to the error
go to
E:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\311210\2920709987
or wherever your game is located at with the workshop
change both
en_zm_sanctuary.ff && en_zm_sanctuary.xpak
to ea_zm_sanctuary.ff && ea_zm_sanctuary.xpak
it should fix it
