To add to this, it only seems to happen on the "Make x thing" info cards, so by clicking the info symbol in the dropdown bills list on a crafting table (in this instance, the bill to create quilted vests from Vanilla Armour Expanded. I also noticed the same errors happening if I hover over Kneel Sheets or Kneel Pillows in the architect menu, so I had to set my ideology to use pews.

It does NOT however happen on the info cards for the buildings or apparel themselves. If I add the bill for quilted vests and go to details, then the info button, it goes direct to the final product instead of the info about the bill to create it.
