Could you also share about teaching spots? What happens if there aren't any seats to teach from? What exactly do certain skills require and how do colonist get XP from them? Are you soft locked from basic things such as construction depending on a lack of colonist or certain material?
Could you add the life lesson tree in the learning tab with class management and pioneering for conveniences sake?
The proficiency tree for a pawn can be accessed by clicking on the little lightbulb above each student/teacher. Adding a separate tab that isn't associated with a pawn wouldn't be much more helpful than just opening any of these.
As for a broader tutorial on how the mod works, that might be a little trickier. Maybe once more of the core features are developed I will circle back with a more comprehensive guide, but in-game guides take a significant time investment that I'd rather just spend on developing new features.
