So i've recently played this mod and it appears i reached lvl 4 with some kind of battanian archer. The next time i joined, it got reset.

Is this on purpose?

yes, each match your stats get reset and you level up a new guy to beat the new match

at the beginning it gave me a lot of nordinvasion vibes.
Maybe they will add some kind of longterm-benefits.

Though, it's another game and i appreciate the work

"Please note that Full Invasion 3 does not make use of persistent progression, and never will. That means that your progress is tracked in a match, but once the match is done, your progression resets!" I doubt it.
