Encounters

There's quite a few improvements to be made in the realm of encounter design. Use of the platoon system, squad maneuvering and even something as simple as making covenant follow the player would be a big help.

Player Biped

The turn radius on the player biped is too slow, leading to improper control on Mouse and Keyboard, or even high sensitivity controller play.

Game Flow

A lot of the mod is the player facing off as a one man army against the enemy, which is cool at first but gets boring fast. There's a reason most encounters in the original game and especially its sequels are three-way fights or include allies.

you can fix playermodel by enable "turns without animating" flag in elite.biped, If you're know at least little of modding.

I mean sure, but that would look stupid in multiplayer, so the actual solution is to reduce the rotation speed of the biped to zero. It's a factor that's there to sync animations with actors so they don't snap directly to the target. However, the player doesn't need that as they can't snap directly to the target anyway.
