I would love to see this add-on, but as an incapacitate/downed music cue replacement. In the movie "Puss In Boots: The Last Wish," this theme plays every time the titular character has a brush with Death. Since incapacitation/being downed by some enemies in this game is effectively a brush with death, it only seems thematically appropriate that the Whistle of Death should be heard looming in the background when the player is in such a state.
