All variants are black colored and spawning one in actually made my game crash.

You seem to have some mods that don't count, so the game crashes and the textures of the NPCs are black.

for some reason galaxy high marshel and zippys blood mod wont work on this. when the female ward patient dies. it makes a big statue of it that doesnt do anything.

The statue thing is normal, all the variants are like that, it's how the models were when I ported them

The reason only some of them do it is because some have death ragdolls disabled, spawning nothing when the specific npc dies

He didn't make rag dolls, that's why there are such big statues, but I think he will, although I'm not sure.

outlast variants npcs is being big if there being spawned

there is music playing in the backround even if i don't spawn the npcs.
