Clone Captain marked as Clone Lieutenant. Clone Sergeant spawns with no helmet. Undersuit for marines are different between fabric and plastic (plastic looks like the texture/materials are missing)

also looks like the Clonetrooper Phase 1 unit is spawning with a Phase 2 Helmet instead of Phase 1
