Renamed textures to work with Wreckfest
Added texture to materials "startlights" and "white_line"
Added Wreckfest specific material properties
Slight UV adjustements in "1TARMAC_inner" to hide dark seams
Separated some white line segments in preparation for multiple layouts
Generated Wreckfest AI lines for Layout 1
Made a separate scene from a few objects to lessen disk usage ("pitwall", lightpost and a single wall piece) with custom hitboxes
Made a separate scene from distance markers, small adboxes, cones, tire stacks and plastic barriers and made them dynamic with custom hitboxes
Replaced said models with modified ones
Fixed a small gap in the terrain near "large_banner_002"
Extended the starting grid from 20 to 24
