Didn't know if this mod is the cause of it, still trying to find out my self but when I was playing 343 guilty spark with the easy anti cheat on so i'm playing with the anniversary graphics I noticed two dead elites in the room with the Jenkins helmet scene and i'm pretty sure they are not supposed to be there, don't know if anyone else has noticed it. not a massive issue but i thought I was going mad. This is the only mod i have installed.
