"Cloaking" Outlines all teamates, enemies, armed stickybombs, the HHH, Merasmus, skeletons, monoculus, buildings, sappers, the intelligence, the cart, and health and ammo pickups (etc) through walls and floors and stuff. "Cloaking" also shows all their usernames and health (if they have one) of the possible outlined things and their class logo (again, if they have one.) "Cloaking" only lasts for 5 - 8 seconds (take your pick) and you move slower when doing so, as well as taking 10% less damage from all sources. "Cloaking" Warns you if any enemy is behind you within backstab radius, regardless if they are a spy or not. Faster recharge rate (I dunno what percent, just make one up.) Firing/attacking/sapping whilst "cloaking" is possible. No actual cloaking. No cloak or de-cloak sound (or maybe a tiny beep, I dunno lol.)

Also, and I'm not sure about this one but, "cloaking" will also show the direction to the location of your last death and who killed you last.
