No, I haven't changed anything. I have done some mining tests and the resource appears every time.

im not sure if its another mod conflicting or not but im seeing after the update that the "Stone" resource isnt dropping anymore. of note to start out the game im using crew to mine the soft ore patches. the mods i have which change anything to asteroids ive used previously without issue but the update may have changed something if you havnt. i really enjoy this mod btw

10x Asteroid Density
More Sector Atmo Asteroids
Star Skimming Asteroids
Mineable Miniroids
Asteroid Mining - Rich
Asteroid Structure (without Stone) installed but not activated.
Color-Coded Resource Mod
Canniballistic's Economy "Fix"

Of note "10x Asteroid Density & Canniballistic's Economy "Fix" are the only new mods ive added and i was noticing asteroids not dropping stone before adding them...

Also i checked to be sure i didnt have the "without stone" version of your mod activated before posting.

I confess i sorta download all your work... but i dont have all of it active at the same time.

okay there is no need for you to test with all of the mods. i just tested with only this mod installed and roids do not drop stone currently. i think the devs did something in the update.

I have just made a small update. Hopefully this will solve the problem. I have no problem with this, nor any error messages.

Additions and changes v0.8b

• Stone overlay reworked → Modification of the image for the overlay of the "Stone" resource when you assign a drop zone in a storage module. • Optimisation of the general code (hopefully this will solve some incompatibility issues)

Thanks a bunch! i really enjoy your collection of mods. i had some ideas on some things i wish were added to the game but i dont know if you are interrested in 3rd party suggestions. i enjoy what you have so far so that is good enough for me.

so the update didnt seem to change anything. still not seeing any Stone when mining ores. i created a fresh save too.

Ive mined Sulfur, Copper, and Uranium... however just in case... i did test if regular chunks without ore dropped stone... they do. Is this the new intentional behavior?

By creating a new part? Can you extract stone?

No, normally most asteroids give stone. With or without ore on it. Then there are chances of spawn.

At first sight, on an old savegame, I had the same problem as you, impossible to mine stone because it did not appear. But when I put a mining module, it starts the process again. And even if you remove the module, it still works.

okay so once i upgrade my ship to use the mining laser it will fix itself?
I keep starting over trying to play test whats going on... but i have a ship i can go test this right away with.
