Can you add a tool that changes a state's urbanisation level?

With the old toolpack using the ship spawner would give a country the newest version and design of a ship/warship, can you make it so when using it giving the best design/newest? Sucks to give countries a lvl 0 destroyer lol

I never used that effect, but I'll keep it in mind

@marijn211 the Tool Pack | 2022 Edition also have this feature, it gives the nation the newest design/hull, maybe you can see how they've done it and copy it. It's the only bad thing about this mod for me :)

I checked and it seems it only goes for the newest tech because its bugged and doesnt know what to use, it also did stuff like spawning ships without weapons, which kind of defeats the point, then completely stopped working

Can't make actual access to it, but a dummy console that replicates commands could be an idea (although quite pointless when mods with GUI exist, props to the author of this mod originally, as its quite sophisticated)

@marijn211 i just tested this myself with the UK in base game no history change (with mods and dlcs). And it works fine, it gives the UK the "Lion class" which is the best/newest design with guns. If you check t he production of ships you can see the lion class design with guns and being the newest ship, also the same case with destroyers. However, when you spawn carriers the game crashes, maybe you can find a way around that too?

i gave the UK a 20 battleships "lion class"* ^

Could you consider adding a way to affect the states? For example, the ability to add the spanish civil war unplanned offensive modifier to selected states (is it even possible? I have no clue)

possible but not good for compatibility, most stuff like ideas and modifiers can't be done dynamically
