Is this mod safe to use without CE?
I would like to use this mode but without Combat Extended installed.
Is it still possible, or will it break the game without said dependency installed?

Still a dependency, it wouldn't work without combat extended, as the mod uses combat extended mechanics.

this is the dumbest discussion i have ever seen linked to a mod on steam, its called combat extended armory and you want to take out the combat extended?
