Is there a way to change camera movement when shooting?
I do like the ability to change the camera movement when reloading, although I was wondering if there was a setting for shooting as well. Its a bit disorienting when shooting due to the camera snapping back and forth

I suppose I meant the camera rotating slightly, that's my bad for phrasing that poorly

That's RecoilKick stat configured per gun to make recoil more punchy
Settings > modifers > super modifers > RecoilKickMult in first field, 0 in second, apply
