Buff These Weapons/Perks
I don't think the nerf to the RPK and HVK were necessary and the ammo capacity of other weapons if not listed. If you're able to just send him away with the VR-11, then what's the point of nerfing the other weapons. It just discourages people from using other ways to kill him. I should be allowed to kill/send him away in a multitude of ways rather than just 1. I want to have a ton of ammo I can run and gun with on any weapon, and have more than enough to kill george. I want to use a sniper where I can use most of my ammo and get rid of him, but the sniper has to be higher damage. If you want to make the map better overall, nerf everything in the game or buff everything. Buffing the ammo capacity and damage of certain kinetic weapons won't make the game any harder than it already is, only more bearable. It's gotta be one or the other. Ammo or damage. It can't be both. I might as well not use those weapons then. Because if the overall damage of the weapon is hindering my ability to kill anything, now the ammo count is effectively doubling that negative effect. Call of The Dead is a very challenging map and it's wonderfully made. I'm going to continue playing it despite whether or not you listen to the feedback because I love it so much. But lessening the freedom I feel is unjust? It's not like we're asking for a weapon that just 1 shots everything to round infinity. We have the thundergun, baby gun, apothicon servant to do that job, however, those weapons aren't in this map. And it seems like there isn't a single gun in the game that can 1 shot any zombie on higher rounds. Aside from the VR-11 because it turns them into a human. And with the exception that this map has no traps which also the limits our ability to kill zombies and get to high rounds. Why not nerf the damage the weapons it does to george and keep the same damage and ammo capacity that it was originally doing to George, to the zombies. It's a fair tradeoff. And the ammo capacity should always be at a high regardless of anything since max ammos are scarce and nothing can't legitmately spawn a max ammo without using a gumball. And George doesn't spawn a max for you when killing him either way. Maybe that could be implemented.

So basically these are some suggestions. :) I almost forgot about the perks.

1. Nerf health on George to make the ammo and damage output by weapons linear to the health of George. Keep the same damage and ammo capacity that the guns originally had on launch but nerfing damage mitigation to George specifically to balance out.

2. Buff George so that all weapons are mathematically mitigated by a percentage of the output of all weapons (except the VR-11), but keep the same damage and ammo capacity that the weapons had at launch for killing zombies.

3. Deadshot could be changed to be more useful. Deadshot is the same, but add a x2 headshot multiplier that works on all enemies, including George. A large amount of players don't always go for headshots. They have more kills than headshots most of the time. This now motivates players to aim for the head to output more damage rather than spray and pray. It also gives the players a trade off for which perks they add to their immediately 4-slot inventory. (Not including what you get from George by killing him with weapons). Ex: Jug, Double, Speed, Deadshot. Well, you need quick revive but you also want more damage. But you're not guaranteed to get revive as the next perk by killing George. It's a 25% chance. You're risking your life at the expenditure of more damage. It's a high-risk, high-reward playstyle that really emphasizes on the players damage and skill in the game. All perks in the game should all have great uses. Deadshot feels underwhelming. Therefore, adding this buff makes the game quality of life more consistent and entertaining.

4. Buff PHD. That's not a suggestion, I think it just needs to be buffed. Either by consistency or at least guaranteed kills probably on any round. It's not consistent hardly at all. I'll fall from a the top of the tower by deadshot and PHD doesn't proc at all. Nor does it do damage by any chance. So making this perk more consistent and also more damage will give the perk a better quality of life in the next update.

5. Stamina-Up should be able to help you move faster in the water like it does in the mud in Origins.

6. George spawns a max ammo as well.

I know this is an extensive feedback report, but I really love this map and want to see it even better than it is. It's just my passion for how much I love Call of The Dead. It's one of my favorite maps from Black Ops 1 days back on the PS3 and seeing it in a better state now warms my heart. I just want to make sure this map is in the best and greatest state it can possibly be in. That's why I feel the need to share my thoughts on this map and it's changes. I will keep updating when the time arises for next patches notes, etc.
