While any piece of Thorium Throwing armor is equipped, (not a full set, just a single piece of armor), Thrown Items do not drop at all, I've tested it in multiplayer but not single player, not exactly sure what the cause is. Hopefully the devs can figure this one out, since multiplayer was a thing they wanted in the beginning and being locked out of certain thrower effects kinda stinks...
