ACOG on snipers make the vision blurry while aiming.

ACOG and Dual Band Scope on snipers slows down aim turn speed.

Iron sights on Ballista is blurry also while aiming.

this mod doesnt even work, it really needs to be fixed asap

editing this rn i think the problem is my addons or maybe im missing smth
