Neon Anialator Combo
What if this thing instead shot water instead of fire
The Water could extinguish teammates and would give the enemy the wet effect so you could crit them with the neon

This is actually a kinda nice idea.
It would shoot boiling water.
It would give enemies the wet debuff,
but have no afterburn.

Then again, that IS a gas tank...

It could still do normal crits, because you'd need this, neon anhillator, and have to get the enemy wet with alt fire. because if someone is already burning, you can't just go "lol melee rush".
