The player model hands can be a bit funky, its hard to describe but on some weapons what i assume to be the back of the arms will stretch out and either block a small bit of vision or to a certain place on the map, such as with a pepsi launcher addon i have.
Edit: Apparently Dippy doesn't have this issue

Belial's bumpmap seems to be that of the GMOD missing texture (and I already have mat_specular 0 on), and for some reason Mickmick's right elbow doesn't want to move when I spawn him as a ragdoll.
