SCP not spawning
I downloaded the map and the SCPs didn't spawn nor did the guards. I downloaded all mods including a few other. I also have Counter-Strike: Source. Can I please know what the problem is?

this map doesn't include npc

It doesn't add NPCs, you have to make scenarios yourself.

The map doesn't come with NPCs. You can use saves though or place your own NPCs.
