Update notes in description should be moved to "Change Notes"
Every time I wanna see new comments, I would have to scroll down a lot.

And some of the mentioned dates don't have years, so the changes look like they're recent but they're not.

I did what I wanted with little fixes and formatting. Not sure what to do the Chinese-only section with json / js editing from what I'm understanding in Google Translate. I feel like it should be removed because I assume the edits are gone when this wallpaper gets updated?
