I would also suggest a "No Detail Prop" version of the map for lower end pc's.

I think a good way to add more sound in the wakita area is to add some windchimes to give it a more 1990's vibe.

Another good idea is to make the gas station explodable

you can disable rain by the Tornado Siren its on the yellow building
