Would it be possible to make a version of this that's an interaction with allies in a war? I hate when someone i called into a war without promises of land and they cockblock me 10 tiles away from their own border by occupying my cores/claims.

It would be possible, but in a seperate mod probably. I wouldn't want to mix these 2 together as some people see taking occupations from allies (even if it costs something) as cheating. I will see what I can do.
