Hi Mr.Wizard,i really enjoy your mod but,could we get a sandbox option so we can set the skill requirement our selves? reason i am asking is some people play on hardcore sandbox options(specifically skill leveling up "speed") and getting the skill up to 6 takes months...so a option to set a lower skill requirement would be a nice addition to this mod if possible in my humble opinion

There are sandbox options for that.
Are you saying the current minimum is still too frequent for your liking?
