That's very strange...just out of curiosity, were you running any mods?
It looked like the game ended without you getting knocked or any sort of Samantha's curse, so I'm trying to rule out any outside factors.

Ok thanks for letting me know. I'll try to reproduce this and look into it.

I've had that happen on other maps, no idea what causes it. Think it happens when I play solo.

Also it happens shortly after getting revived.

Thanks @Main Street Electrical Parade, never heard of this issue...I wonder if it's tied with the Fighter Fizz perk and the number of revives 🤔

I believe it happens because it interferes with the Boxing glove perk and quick revive
