What's the recipe for items/furniture that lets you display your guns on walls?

Elver has recipes, but I can't seems to find polaris' recipe because the vanilla recipes require metal bars for gun racks and displays- which can't seem to be crafted in Polaris.

What items and recipes can I use so I can display my guns on my PvE save?
