No idea for the farm equipment, but the pearls are found in an area underneath safezone, sometimes you'll fish up a fish titled ??? and when you eat it, it teleports you to the zone underground, you swim through water and there'll be pearls in clams, the further you go the better the pearls seem to be. Keep in mind when you grab a pearl itll teleport you out of that zone
