did you disable helicopter infil?

i unistalled the heli infilitration mod

did you attempt to reinstall this? oh and send the error

Disable heli mod, then just restart steam and it will probably work

I got a different issue where It doesn't seem to show all of the buddies, even thou I'm using NPC that are the usual Civilian/Combine type.

Ok so it depends on what NPC spawning thing you choose. If you choose none, none will appear, if you choose only 1, then only one appears. Choosing Half for some reason only makes 2 appear. And choosing full will fill all seats.

Thanks everyone, I found what the problem is. You need to have Heli Infil uninstalled, and MW Base.
