I think you put liquid in it useing the blood wire and then face it twords the human and then activate the cup or press f, Idk though and im to lazy to find out that thingy this is just my theory

any liquids from the mod if you hold F on them with the top touching the top of the mug, the liquid will transfer from one object to the other!
