Dilemmas, Missions, & Incidents
Confederation Dilemma Chains
The plan here is to add unique 'dilemma chains' for each Empire faction which can eventually end up in confederation depending on the choices you make. Elector Counts, Wulfhart, Volkmar, and Marienburg all have 'dilemma chains' which can result in confederation but for now The Huntsmarshal's Expedition, Marienburg, and Nordland are the only factions with unique starts to the chain.
  • The choices you make in each dilemma are permanent so choosing independence means you won't get the dilemma again.
  • Only Reikland has access to the dilemmas.

Vassalisation Dilemma
  • Will only occur once you have met the requirements, for example Wissenland's requirements are:
    - 75+ relations (everyone's requirement)
    - 10 fealty (everyone's requirement)
    - 4+ Imperial Authority (everyone's requirement)
    - 500+ Prestige (Wissenland's requirement)
  • Choosing vassalisation for Elector Counts has a chance they will secede in protest to your assertion of direct rule (Middenland has a higher chance of secession).
  • 5 turn cooldown if you don't choose vassalisation

Confederation Dilemma
  • Will only occur once you have met the requirements, for example Wissenland's requirements are:
    - dilemma faction must have been your vassal for 15 turns (everyone's requirement)
    - 100+ relations (everyone's requirement)
    - 10 fealty (everyone's requirement)
    - above -7 Imperial Authority (everyone's requiement)
    - 2500+ Prestige (Wissenland's requirement)
  • 5 turn cooldown between confederation dilemmas.

The Huntsmarshal's Expedition Dilemmas
  • 4 new dilemmas:
    - The Huntsmarshal's Expedition: the start of their dilemma chain.
    - Uncharted Lands: a dilemma to relocate The Huntsmarshal's Expedition to a new location.
    - The Huntsmarshal's Gift: a dilemma where The Huntsmarshal's Expedition will offer you a settlement.
    - The Huntsmarshal's Request: a dilemma to send the Huntsmarshal's Expedition an army if they only have 1 settlement remaining.

Marienburg / Nordland Dilemmas
  • 1 new dilemma
    - 20 Kalsezeit 2429 IC Treaty: the start of their dilemma chain.

'Return Region' Dilemma
  • Added the missing settlements for the return region dilemmas thanks to DrDCB.
  • Increased the fealty payloads for returning regions, especially capitals, to their rightful owner.

Missions
  • Added 23 missions. (Removed until fixed.)

Incidents
  • Added an incident for when Elector Count State Troops become available which adds the 1x that unit to the pool.
  • Added an incident — Scout Reports — to inform the player when fog is removed over an Elector States' settlements when they're above or below 4 fealty.
  • Added an incident for when an Elector Count secedes as a consequence of the vassalisation dilemma.
  • When at war with an Elector State a fealty penalty event will occur.

I have all of the requirements yet I cannot Cofederate. I'm playing as Gelt. Is there any reason why the Vassalization event and the cofederation event are not popping up?

4 new dilemmas concerning The Huntsmarshal's Expedition including a fun one to relocate them to a different location. May I ask how this task is triggered?

Is the -2 fealty penalty for Vassalisation and -1 penalty for IA supposed to return after the 10 turn event timer? for me it did not bounce back - it just keep accumulating.

Is there a list of the requirements for each vassalization/confed? Just so we know what we need to work towards

Hello
I'm in turn 63 and I've noticed that I never have any dilemmas these days (impossible to increase loyalty, for example).

The Dilemma's to boost fealty stopped occurring in my game, is this normal? I feel soft-locked on Wissenland's progress due to vassalizing other factions.
