The cog textures are exactly the same and no visible change has happened.

I'm aware of this issue, I haven't touched this mod in almost 2 years but the way I fix it (temporarily) is by uninstalling it in-game and installing it back (in-game aswell)
Eventually I'll try and fix the problem, however I don't know when that will be.
