if you are getting knocked back while trying to dive thru a window make sure you sprint about two tiles before hitting the window. If you're tumbling through a window and rolling then improve your Nimble skill, or go into sandbox settings and lower "Bonus Dive Fail Anim Chance %"

good to know that since my character just got eaten alive from a situation he could very much definetly walk out of if that wouldn't be the case
