map blocks temperature glitched
for some reason, the blocks every now and again will completely freeze every human on the map and is not fixable. this mostly happens when I activate a spike grenade over the blocks. Any help?

It seems to also occur when stabbing the map blocks or having explosions near them. It also happens randomly after extended use
