Add a way to toggle bipod deployment
It's really frustrating when colonists stop to deploy their bipods instead of shooting enemies right in front of them. I know you can manually order them to fire, but doing that to everyone is annoying, so an option to disable automatic bipod deployment would be nice (like "hold fire" but for bipods)
