Update 19.11:
The 'Establish Cult' mechanism for Cultists is now working for the DaE faction! I have modified the cult buildings to better suit the DaE faction. Feel free to post your suggestions - I can tweak these values.

The 'Establish Cult' mechanism for Cultists is working and it allows them to build Cult buildings but they don't exactly match with the DaE faction as it doesn't gather resources like Skulls or Infections. I will have to modify these bonuses a bit so they will actually give benefits. Work in progress. Will upload a new version today once it's done.

I forgot to enable the recruitment of Slaanesh and Tzeentch sorcerers. It has been fixed yesterday. If Steam doesn't automatically update the mod - please re-subscribe.
