I made a spreadsheet that automatically maps the position of pushable-blocks in one of the later puzzles.

The Scriptorium.

I don't think I've figured out all the words for this puzzle, or all the solutions, but it's a good guide to where the stones need to be placed.

The key is you need to solve some of the shorter words while you place stones for longer words.

For example (and I don't remember if this is actually one of the steps for this word, but it's just an example) In order to spell FYXOQ2C, you have to spell EXIT and use the windgate to get to the other side of the blocks.
