1 - No hats for all soldiers. Reinstall BMCE, BMCER, HECUR and HECURE.
2 - Some NPC are errors. Maybe i forgot something to add. Tell me, where did you find them.
3 - Crashes. Make sure you did not conflicting mods with BMCE, BMCER, HECUR and HECURE.
4 - Not working. Solution for paragraph 1 and 3.
5 - Mod folder is not showing.

Start and restart the game, make sure you see Black Mesa workshop content gets downloaded in the download manager. Else restart steam and try again
