I don't quite understand.
And reason why not is because it might be a bit too much.
easiest to explain this is that the troop tree is well a tree.
trunk
0 can become 00 & 1
1 can become 11 & 10
00 can become 01 & 000
10 = 101 & 100
11 = 111 & 110
01 = 001 & 011
000 = 001 & 0000
and etc.
So you can guess how many different units in a 10 branch tree look like.
I personally like things staying a bit closer to the original, lower troop trees included. After a while it becomes too much imo...
But perhaps you could upload a second version of the mod and include all the personal changes that you have wanted to implement to this one? Just an idea. That way, you could go ham on that version and share it to those who also might enjoy it, whilst leaving this one for the people that prefer a more vanilla version.
I am not super familiar with Bannerlord modding so it might be a lot of work to maintain two separate mods though. Regardless, thank you for updating this mod :) cheers.
I am sorry but tbh I am simply not good enough of a programmer. I have played skyrim my whole life so I know how to update mods thanks to that. It often the same reason "Old dll" & "old mechanics" or "Old ids" and etc.
A mod trying to find an ID that devs have changed, removed and etc.
A mod using a DLL that will not "work" with the current DLL of the game
A mod using old mechanics in a way that the game does not allow anymore or added more ways so the mod gets confused.
Also no worries, I have only made it so we have tier 7 Basic units & Tier 6 Elite units.
My own of course allows them to go up to 10, but no worries, I will not public it, since yes it a bit too much.
Also the mechanics I was going to add was easy ones, since fun fact, they already exist in the game. All units has now a "banner" equipment slot, so adding so the player can add a banner to it, would be "easy" but would it effect the gameplay? Probably not, since they gotta be sergeants to use the banner, so I was planning to create a workaround on that, and make so the banner simply gives the units the boost.
Anyway, I could do a lot with this mod, but I won't. I simply don't have the time, nor do I see a reason to do it, since afterall it is not my mod and I am not planning to become a "rival" mod against the real creator.
Thanks for using the mod!
