Only some troops have equipment?!
Make sure to equip stuff on all four variations.
If you leave a variation empty, it gives the soldier 25% chance to spawn without any item in that slot.

This is to make soldiers more unique and more random. All native units has variations (Mostly on their armour)

So example:
Weapon slot 1 = 4 variations = 2 swords & 2 maces = has a 50% chance to spawn with swords and 50% chance to spawn with mace in weapon slot 1.

I am planning to add a detailed tutorial video when I got time to animate and edit one.

I also plan to add a small UI tutorial on the GUI to explain what the variation word mean or how to use it.

Yea, looking into adding it to gender. Depends if it possible.
