This is unavoidable. Vending machine logic controls do not allow us to specify a slot to eject. Instead, we must specify an item hash. If two stacks of the same item type exists in the vending machine, the vending machine may decide to eject the smaller stack instead of the full stack. The IC will try again the next time the slot is scanned.
