Jesus Christ, no, never put stuff in usermod. God. That has a very high chance of messing up important files and it can completely break your SFM. Then you'll have to delete it and download it again. It happened to me already. Always put stuff from outside of the workshop inside a custom folder which you can enable from the Steam Library

also I figured out the issue. the model doesn't work on some maps. no idea why. it works on black_void though. so try changing the map
