MOD IS HACKED
The mod appears to be hacked. It showed a screamer and displayed inappropriate content, including pornographic and graphic images. I reported it to Steam on accident because I wasn’t sure how to report it directly to the creator, so I’m posting here as well.

My friends and I discovered the issue while we were playing normally. We downloaded something in-game and waited for it to finish. When it did, a small box spawned on the ground, and the images started appearing on the screen.

Please try to fix this or create a new version of the mod. I already reported it to Steam so you know how they can be so try and fix it quick. I confirmed it was this mod because I tested it by downloading the Hopium:gordon: mod too, and the same thing happened again when it finished loading in-game.

but its most likely the creator put it in there to ♥♥♥♥ with people or it got hacked on the steam page

no, my mod was not hacked. it hasnt been updated in over two years. please do proper research before spreading misinformation.

how would it be misinformation if the few recent people are saying it, also yeah i can see that you think its not hacked because it was updated a few years but that justify that it was hacked then if it wasn't worked on in so long and hackers wont make it obvious that they hacked it aswell bro:VSnake:

1. Just because a lot of people are regurgitating something, doesn't mean it's true.

2. If someone were to hack into my account, and update this addon, the addon details on the page would update accordingly. As of today, it says it was last updated in September of 2023. You cannot just update the addon package without it also updating the addon details, unless the hacker for some unearthly reason decided to hack Steam's servers and change an addon by me specifically; which, not only does the average person not know how to do, but is also an extremely unlikely scenario

Ok yeah you’re making good points but it’s still concerning how some people are saying this and there’s a theory it might, wouldn’t you at least check your files to see if there’s anything new that you don’t recognize. Just at least unsubscribe from it and subscribe to it again load into a map and try downloading a mod with it, and test it a few times at least ok and check the files as I said. This is a amazing mod bro at least you the creator of it check it out because all you said is it was misinformation ok so at least check please:missing::steamdeadpan:

Yes, I did everything I could think of to try to "activate" this screamer. There's no issues.
