Humanoid. Wheatley, adventure core, and fact core's humanoid versions are male. Same with Atlas. And P-Body has been confirmed to be female, so there's no gender-swapping happening there either. This isnt about gender-swapping, its about turning designs into humanoid designs.

I actually plan on making her decently tall if i model her. Not towering, but maybe the same height/slightly over male07, which i use as a human height reference for all of my addons.
