[Spoiler] Rules in V.O.I.D?
I've finally done it. I have found the passcode and managed to join them. I tried taking some gear, and trade with them for better equipment, but after completing a trade, I got exiled and they have become hostile again!
Of course I considered my run failed, because I wanted to work with VOID, not being exiled.
Is there any rules I should know? What can I do and what I cannot do? I suppose abusing trading by selling their own gear/pills for better stuff is not allowed, is there anything else I should know? Am I allowed to ally with factions? Can I trade or accept any quests that are coming from vanilla factions?

So, my guess is that you cannot abuse their wealth and their wares on sale by selling them unwanted stuff. It's just kind of annoying that there's no warning if I'm doing anything for or against them.

Hey mate, congratulations. There's no real "rule" besides not to attack your new ally (which is a standard vanilla faction behaviour)

There's even another code that lets them be friendly with other non-permanently hostile factions. You just unlocked a hidden feature and you're free to play how you like. If you have scraps or other equipment they don't wanna buy that you don't need, you can simply discard them because they give you a lot of stuff for getting the resources you need anyway, which was the point.

Just curious. I dropped artillery on an incubation chamber expecting an N-4 faction variant to pop out. Nope. V.O.I.D. Black Leaper, they are hostile and I'm exiled. Do I have to just save scum this time around?

Is it possible to make Void implants, or just buy them? And how do I make friends with them at least for a while, otherwise I'm at -100 with them and they raid me, I'm constantly flying away on an anti-gravity ship

you usually find those implants from traders or, well... just find them

also you don't make friends with them that simple
