Error bug
Hello. What to do if some of my textures are replaced with ERROR ?
I cant progress story further.
I already try verify game files and install workshop maps again.

Every update to a Workshop map for Half-Life: Alyx breaks all previous save files. In order to progress you will have to start again. You can choose any level to start from in the Main Menu, but you can't continue from your prior save file.

newish to steam mods... is this normal to loose progress with updates?

If you restart on your current level you can restore your current stuff using cheats, see https://gameranx.com/features/id/194871/article/half-life-alyx-how-to-use-the-cheat-console-console-commands-guide/ on how to turn on. The cheat to restore stuff is

hlvr_setresources no_of_pistol_ammo no_of_SMG_ammo no_of_shotgun no_of_resin.

E.g. hlvr_setresources 200 0 15 35

(If you're using a non American keyboard, where it says press ~ it means "press the key to the left of 1")
