Just a little suggestion for some potential tail functionality. Real lizards use their tails for fat storage, maybe the fat gecko tail could do the same? Providing a small offset to the malnutrition debuff? Perhaps we could also have a second tail type that can be used as a weapon similarly to how monitors and iguanas can lash and whip with their tails, the damage they can do with that is no joke!
