These errors happened to me a few weeks ago. Apparently they happen whenever an update to the mod is released. That makes your saved games not longer work properly. The advice from the developer is to start over on the level you were last on. But, doing so will mean you lose any of your collected items, such as resin. When it happened to me, I was still on the first level, so I have to start over again from the beginning. Quite a bummer.

I just re-downloaded everything, it did not help - still getting tons of these 3d text errors. The game is unplayable, sadly. Didn't happen before the Excavator level though.
It's wonderful with the mods, but having to redownload it all to patch the game is cumbersome - and may not be known to many users.

Restarting the level fixed if for me without a reinstall if that helps
