Spoilers: game mechanic(s) not working?
Alyx won't cover her mouth. Bringing my hand up won't snap to the pose and just having it near doesn't do what it should.

-EDIT- Actually all of map 4 is really inconsistent:
*He reacts to the train doors opening even though they make almost no sound.
*In the 'search the lockers' bit, all lockers make the same opening sound but he only reacts to some of them.

Just finished that area last night. Also noticed you can't cover your mouth to stop coughing. Was that intentional by the level creators? Definitely adds to the tension/difficulty.

I guess that the fact that Jeff follows you (the player) and there is no gas mask available nor the "hand before the mouth" cover working is on purpose. I'm through that part now but I had a really hard time to find my strategy and a way to flee :steamhappy:
