Well, thank you for your detailed explanation of the matter.
Anyway, I can't reproduce this issue, since that gamemode is not free to play. You're better off asking the creator to "remove the procedural bones from all his custom animations" (he's manipulating things that he shouldn't and thus bugging the arms of this and probably other models).

weird thing is the arms do not bug out when using the other normal HL2 female models.so seems it's just this player model that has something wrong with it.

if all other playermodels seem to work fine except this one. then that is weird that's for sure.

The person who made the animations used in Beatrun included something called "procedural bones" in their animation files. Those bones aren't meant to be animated and shouldn't be there.

I use procedural bones for wrists, which makes hand rotation smoother. However, I'm not using the default rotation for those bones (that shouldn't matter because procedural bones shouldn't be manipulated, as I said before).

Most modders don't even bother to add procedurals, so that's why most PMs work fine. Do I know how to "fix" this? Yes, but I'm not going to spend so much time updating all my playermodels because of a problem with a 3rd-party addon.

Tell the guy to fix his animations. Problem solved.

Fixed, I was defining Ulna and Wrist in the qc. Didn't know these were animated at runtime with helper bones
