Anyway, I can't reproduce this issue, since that gamemode is not free to play. You're better off asking the creator to "remove the procedural bones from all his custom animations" (he's manipulating things that he shouldn't and thus bugging the arms of this and probably other models).
if all other playermodels seem to work fine except this one. then that is weird that's for sure.
I use procedural bones for wrists, which makes hand rotation smoother. However, I'm not using the default rotation for those bones (that shouldn't matter because procedural bones shouldn't be manipulated, as I said before).
Most modders don't even bother to add procedurals, so that's why most PMs work fine. Do I know how to "fix" this? Yes, but I'm not going to spend so much time updating all my playermodels because of a problem with a 3rd-party addon.
Tell the guy to fix his animations. Problem solved.
